This position is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate physiotherapist who is eager to grow clinically, build confidence, and work within a mentorship-oriented team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Registered Physiotherapist to join our team, working 4 days per week. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment, collaborate with other healthcare providers, and contribute positively to our clinic culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., massage therapy, chiropractic, naturopathy, mental health, etc.)
- Support patients in achieving functional goals related to pain management, mobility, strength, and overall quality of life
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered (or registration-eligible) Physiotherapist in good standing with the provincial regulatory college
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in patient-centred, integrative care
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-based environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
